.   To assist with the design and development of internal documents and forms
     required for daily activities.
.   To assist with staffing requirements and in-house training of administration staff.
.   To assist with the design and implementation of internal controls.
.   To assist with budgeting and goals.

Carole has provided services and advice which has enabled us to focus on running our business with confidence - that someone is keeping a keen and competent eye on the welfare of our business.
One of our reasons for engaging Carole was that she provides a mobile service which suits us immensely. Carole is happy to deal with our accountants on our behalf which frees us up considerably.
Each month when our work is done, we sit down and discuss the performance of our business, which enables us to make adjustments where necessary to improve.
